The Video Essay Writer is responsible for creating video scripts or adapting articles into video scripts for our Video Essay content on YouTube.
- Be involved, brainstorm, and pitch ideas in the scheduled Video Writers meetings every week.
- Conduct thorough research on the assigned topic.
- Write engaging, well-structured scripts that include descriptions of visual assets for the Video Editor.
- Stay on-brand and keep the audience engaged.
- Be understanding of fluid time commitments but work within a timely manner to create a consistent output.
